So the National League MVP was announced today. They (whoever ‘they’ are) have, in their infinite wisdom, somehow decided that Albert Pujols was more deserving than Andruw Jones.

I have recently become a huge fan of various brands of Riesling wine. The ones I can think of off the top of my head are the Columbia Winery Cellarmaster’s Riesling, Peter Brum Liebfraumilch (actually a blend, not a pure Riesling) and Chateau St. Michelle Columbia Valley Riesling.
